    The only good part of Dr Jones at Modbury was having a ultra sound by a wonderful assistant who was professional. The bad was a group of women at the front counter who carried on with each other as if in a tea room. I felt and was treated like an inconvenience and did not even receive a greeting. I also had to call by phone re a query and was given the hurry up and talked over. Customer service is paramount when dealing with people having health issues. Disappointment does not describe my feelings. I will not go back to this cynic again, not asking for much just "hi can l help you?".
