    Fitness 33 is great! The instructor (Steve) always mixes things up so you never get bored of doing the same thing. Your body does not get the chance to relax and get used to any one exercise. I have been a regular at classes for just over two years and don't see myself quitting anytime soon. The classes are only an hour long, but extremely intense. Steve accounts for all body types/strengths/weakness, so no matter what your level of fitness is, you will be tested at Fitness 33! I lost 15 kg in the first year and have maintained my body weight at a constant level and have been toning up ever since! It really doesn't get better than that.
