    Good position and facilities. Large free weight area and separate functional training. This chain offers multi gym access for travellers. Best training option in Adelaide cbd.

    Dated equipment. Music for teenager girls plays non-stop. Lots of TV's in the weights area all showing film clips, not sport. Has a dedicated rugby league channel that no one is interested in. This is an AFL state after all. Clueless. No one outside of NSW or Queensland is interested in league. Lacks benches in the change rooms. Could be the best gym in the country. But they are just too cheap and disinterested in customer service.
