    Out of few child care places I have been this has got to be the worst! Charged for withdrawing my son in the trial sessions for two weeks and told to bad I signed the contract and I would have to write to the Management to have the decision changed. Not sure why they have a trial session if they are only going to get it from you if you cancel anyways? Then my daughter got Ecoli in the Bladder because they dont believe that 3.5 year olds need help going to the toilet unless you make a plan for her to have help. Always comes home hungry and thirsty. Then when you give two weeks notice they try and grab an extra week out of you and if you get angry they advise you that they will report YOU to The management Committee?! Disgusted! They care more about your money then the health and well being of your children. They get DECD to fund half of their expenses yet charge us all full price and still ask for recycled paper so the children can paint? where is that money going? I would NEVER use them again! I have lost more money then what it is worth sending my children there.
