    All the staff were pleasant friendly and helpful from first checking in. Having the underground car park was excellent being able to go up and down to the car when necessary. The room was spacious and clean (although probably needed re painting). Breakfast room pleasant and plenty of breakfast options provided. Food was good. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The bar area was pleasant and was great to sit and have a drink after a busy day and chat to the other guests.Overall a lovely hotel in a great location.

    Good location - free city tram made travelling to the southern end of the city very easy. Although we could have stayed at the southern end of the city, staying in North Terrace allowed us to better a better feel for Adelaide. We caught the train back from Port Adelaide having been advised by your staff that the bus was the way to get there. The train journey was more pleasant than the bus journey. The walk from the tourist precinct in Port Adelaide to the station was not onerous. Your staff were courteous and friendly. We will recommend you to our friends.
